The PRO Series is the latest addition to the Pulse-Bac® lineup and the successor to the legendary 1000 Series. Like the 1000, it offers a wide range of power and collection options—but now with enhanced usability and durability.
Designed to handle dust from surface preparation equipment, power tools, and jobsite cleanup, the PRO Series is ideal for collecting dust from materials like concrete, drywall, wood, asbestos, and more. With a legacy of performance and smart upgrades, the PRO Series is built for serious professionals.
PRO Series Power Options
What makes the PRO Series stand out is its flexible configuration. Each of the three vacuum heads can be paired with any of the three collection options. While all heads look the same on the outside, the difference lies in the internal components—especially the motor, which defines the power level of each unit. Each model offers distinct advantages to match different jobsite demands.
PRO-176 Vacuum Head
The PRO-176 is similar to our 1050 model but offers increased lift. With 176 CFM and 97" of lift, it delivers excellent performance for hand grinders, hammer drills, and other handheld tools, as well as smaller walk-behind grinders like edge grinders.
Self-Cleaning Technology
Clogged filters slow you down. Pulse-Bac® solves that with our patented Automatic Pulse-Clean Technology™, which keeps filters clean—automatically while you work. Unlike others that claim to be “automatic” but require compressors or manual resets, Pulse-Bac® delivers true self-cleaning power with no interruptions and no extra equipment.
Revolution 360 Bagger
The Revolution 360 Bagger is built for strength, durability, and unmatched maneuverability. Constructed from 12-gauge U.S. steel and powder-coated to resist rust, its unique 360° design allows for easy movement in any direction—even around corners and through doorways.
This system includes our patented Easy Empty Valve, which lets you empty debris without shutting off the vacuum. It also features the Longopac® Endless Bagging System for efficient, dust-free waste collection.
Durable Steel Construction
Pulse-Bac® vacuums are built for tough jobsite conditions. Unlike brands that use cheap plastics or offshore parts, we use 16-gauge cold-rolled U.S. steel tanks and high-impact ABS plastic hoods. Even our non-marking polyurethane casters are industrial-grade—no thin plastic wheels here.
Every Pulse-Bac® vacuum is assembled by hand in Tulsa, Oklahoma, ensuring reliable, long-lasting performance.
Longopac® Endless Bagging System
The Longopac® endless bagging system is a contractor favorite, offering a fast, clean, and efficient solution for dust collection. Paired with our Easy Empty Valve, it creates a seamless, mess-free process that’s ideal for high-volume jobs.
Easy Empty Valve System
The Easy Empty Valve on the Revolution 360 Bagger allows material to be emptied into the Longopac® bag without stopping the vacuum. Special vent ports maintain airflow during the dump, preventing dust from escaping or the bag from collapsing into the canister. Just tie off the used section, remove it, and continue with a new one—no need to power down.
Cyclonic Debris Management (CDM)
Standard on all tanks, extenders, and pre-separators, our Cyclonic Debris Management system works alongside our pulse-cleaning tech to prevent over 90% of dust and debris from reaching the filter. It keeps debris at the bottom of the tank and extends filter life, ensuring consistent suction performance.
Tank Capacity Sensor
All Bagger Packages come standard with a Tank Capacity Sensor, alerting you when it’s time to empty—keeping workflow smooth and uninterrupted.
