The PRO Series is the latest addition to the Pulse-Bac® lineup. As the successor to the legendary 1000 Series, it offers a wide range of power and collection options—along with new features that improve both usability and durability.
Engineered to capture dust from surface preparation equipment, power tools, and jobsite cleanup, the PRO Series handles debris from concrete, drywall, wood, asbestos, and more. With a reputation built on performance and innovation, the PRO Series is designed for professionals who demand the best.
PRO Series Power Options
One of the standout features of the PRO Series is its versatile configuration system. Any of the three vacuum heads can be paired with any of the three collection options. While the heads look identical from the outside, their internal components—especially the motor—are what set them apart.
Each model is designed to meet specific needs, allowing you to customize your setup for your application.
PRO-225
The PRO-225 delivers performance comparable to our classic 1150 model, offering a significant upgrade in power and duty cycle over the PRO-176. With 225 CFM and 110" of lift, the PRO-225 is ideal for mid-sized walk-behind grinders, larger drills, and demolition hammers.
It offers the highest lift (air pressure) in the PRO Series, making it extremely effective for heavy-duty dust pickup. Pair it with the optional Integrated Floor Sweep for quick cleanup between grits or before applying finishes.

Automatic Pulse-Clean Technology™, which cleans the filter automatically while you work.

Revolution 360 Bagger
The Revolution 360 Bagger is tough, dependable, and easy to move. Made from 12-gauge U.S. steel and powder-coated to resist rust, its 360° design glides smoothly around corners and through doorways.
Equipped with our patented Easy Empty Valve System, it allows you to empty dust and debris without turning the vacuum off. It also features the Longopac® Endless Bagging System for fast, dust-free waste disposal.

Longopac® Endless Bagging
Widely used by contractors, the Longopac® Endless Bagging System offers a clean, efficient solution for dust disposal. When paired with our Easy Empty Valve System, it’s even more effective—allowing you to bag and remove debris quickly, cleanly, and without interrupting your work.
Easy Empty Valve System
Available with the Revolution 360 Bagger, our patented Easy Empty Valve System makes debris removal simple. When opened, it directs collected material into the Longopac® bag while special vent ports keep airflow steady. This prevents dust from escaping and keeps the bag from being pulled into the vacuum.
Once the debris is dumped, just tie off the used bag, remove it, and continue working—with no need to power down.
Cyclonic Debris Management (CDM)
Standard on all tanks, extenders, and preseparators, the Cyclonic Debris Management System works in tandem with our pulse-cleaning technology. It stops over 90% of dust and debris from ever reaching the filter, holding it at the bottom of the tank until disposal. This protects the filter, improves performance, and reduces maintenance.
Tank Capacity Sensor
Every PRO Series bagger package includes a Tank Capacity Sensor that alerts you when the tank is full—so you can stay focused on the job without constant checking.
