RSP Guard HG is a high-gloss, stain- and wear-resistant sealer designed to enhance both the appearance and durability of concrete and other hard surfaces. This water-based, lithium-fortified, semi-penetrating protectant reacts directly with the substrate to deliver long-lasting shine without the issues common to traditional coatings.
The advanced reactive polymer technology develops a fast, durable gloss while resisting wear, stains, and scuffing. Unlike floor waxes and conventional resin coatings, HG will not lift, peel, or yellow, making it an excellent long-term maintenance solution for polished floors.
HG uses a non-toxic formulation that enhances the look of polished, integrally colored, dyed, and stained concrete. It is easy to apply, dries quickly, and does not require stripping for reapplication. For maximum gloss, HG can be burnished with a high-speed burnisher after application.

Coverage
1st coat: 1,500–2,000 sq. ft. per gallon
2nd coat: 3,000–4,000 sq. ft. per gallon
Application
Test a small area first
Apply above 40°F (4°C)
Clean surface thoroughly (no citrus or acidic cleaners)
Apply thin, even coats only
Use microfiber pad and low-pressure sprayer
Maintain wet edge; stop once drying begins
Allow 30–60 minutes dry time between coats
Finishing
Second coat improves shine and stain resistance
High-speed burnishing recommended
Avoid traffic until dry
Do not cover surface for 1 week
Caution
Wipe off immediately if product contacts glass, metal, fabric, or painted surfaces
