SB is a solvent-based, fully penetrating stain protector designed for interior concrete, stone, and masonry surfaces. It penetrates deep into the substrate to create a breathable protective barrier that repels liquids, resists staining, and makes surfaces easier to clean—without changing the natural look of the floor.
This penetrating sealer reduces surface porosity, helping block aggressive salts such as chlorides and sulfates while maintaining vapor breathability. Formulated with lithium silicate technology, SB delivers long-lasting stain protection without darkening, glossing, or altering the appearance of the surface.
SB can be applied to steel-troweled, honed, polished, or highly polished concrete and is also suitable for previously treated surfaces. For best results, floors should be densified prior to application. When enhanced shine is desired, SB can be used in conjunction with compatible surface protection systems.

Application Basics
Always test a small area first
Surface must be clean, dry, and absorbent
New or Steel-Troweled Concrete
Apply after finishing once joints are cut and cleaned
Remove dirt, laitance, curing compounds, or coatings
Apply with a low-pressure sprayer in an even, saturating coat
Spread puddles with a broom or microfiber pad
Keep surface wet for at least 20 minutes, adding product as needed
Burnished / Polished Concrete
Apply the same saturating coat with a low-pressure sprayer
Maintain a wet edge; stop spreading once drying begins
After drying, burnish with a high-speed burnisher using an 800-grit diamond pad to remove residue and enhance shine
Apply only when surface temperature is above 40°F (4°C) for at least 2 hours
Do not dilute
Mix well before use
